If you finish a flight in VAFS and after you park your plane at the gate and shut off the engines VAFS should than file the flight for you.
Sometimes VAFS will run into an error filing the flight. If this happens you can file a manual flight.
1. Go to this link Manual Flight Upload.
2. You will need to go to C:/Program Files/VAFS5/SavedLogs and you will need to find the XML file that corrisponds to the flight that did not file.
3. Enter that file into the Manual Flight Upload section and VAFS Administration will file your flight for you.
